The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for providing effective food and beverage services; and is responsible for the dining experience of residents, visitors, and employees; selecting, training, and supervising all food and beverage personnel; procuring supplies and equipment; assisting with budget preparation and operating within budgetary guidelines.

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the administration of a large food services system, such as a resort, hotel, or club; fine dining experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related hospitality field.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors, and peers in a fast-paced environment. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States

This position also has a 15% bonus potential based on achievement of annual goals on top of the base salary of 130,000 - 160,000k.
